Please read the following terms & conditions carefully and in full. By purchasing from Margaret Wray, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Trading as Margaret Wray and margaretwray.com both are owned and operated by Margaret Wray Ltd. Designs are original to the Margaret Wray brand and subject to copyright. Original designs are automatically protected by copyright law, which means that the creator has exclusive rights to use and distribute their work.
Bespoke Orders
All bespoke garments are made to order and require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost before production begins.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the garment shipped or collected.
Any changes to the design or measurements must be communicated within 48 hours of placing the order. After this time changes may not be possible
The production time for bespoke garments is approximately 8-12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design unless otherwise discussed.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will provide a full refund of the deposit.

Alterations
All alterations are subject to approval by our team of tailors and seamstresses.
We reserve the right to refuse any alteration request that we deem to be beyond our capabilities or that may compromise the integrity of the garment.
Alterations may take up to 3 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the request
Payment for alterations is due in full at the time of collection after completing the service.
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for altered garments.

Store & Online Purchases
We would like to inform that the availability of the products displayed on our website is subject to change. Although we have made every effort to provide accurate stock availability information, we cannot guarantee that the product you are interested in will be available for purchase at our physical showroom or online. We will try to find an item of the same or similar if this is the case.
We offer refunds on store bought items within 7 days of purchase if advised within 48 hours and with a receipt.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Garments must be unworn, unlaundered, original saleable condition with original tags still attached.
We do not offer refunds on sale or clearance items.
Shipping costs for returned garments are the responsibility of the purchaser, we take no responsibility for items lost in the post. It is advised garments are returned by tracked post or courier and insured.

Sample Sale Items
All sample sale items are final and non-refundable.
We cannot guarantee the availability of any item, and all items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, we try to update the website regularly to ensure item sales are advised.
Sample and sale items may not be as original state, the garments are sold as is and any cleaning or alteration is added to the sale price.
